Dr. Larry Fenton
Dr. Larry Fenton graduated from Texas Chiropractic College where he received his Doctorate in 2000 after acquiring his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology in 1999.
In 1999-2000 Dr. Fenton interned at the Moody Health Center in Pasadena, Texas. During his internship he participated in a four week rotation in spine surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas where he observed and assisted in numerous spine surgeries.
After graduation, Dr. Fenton handled a very busy satellite office for Workers Health Care in Houston where he tended to many complex cases, working with many nonprofessional athletes (i.e. cyclists, runners, and body builders). As a chiropractic sports doctor, he was also the team doctor for Third Coast Racing, a jet ski watercraft racing organization.
Today, Dr. Fenton practices quality chiropractic for all ages at his offices near the Medical Center in the Colonies North professional building here in San Antonio since 2005. At Colonies North Chiropractic, it is our job to help our patients reach their ultimate health and wellness goals.

Our Specialized Services
Chiropractic Adjustments
Our chiropractic adjustment services emphasize relieving pressure off of pinched nerves and reducing stress from unhealthy, misaligned vertebrae and other joints. This generally leads to an increase in range of motion and better overall health.
Osteoarthritis Management
We believe that osteoarthritis (degenerative joint disease) is not a normal part of the aging process. Our approach focuses on re-positioning misaligned vertebrae and extremity bones back into their healthy alignment, which may result in a decrease in arthritic degeneration and an improvement in joint health.

Our wellness programs focus on holistic health, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle coaching to promote overall well-being.
Maternal Care

Dr Fenton really knows what he is doing and, having been to many chiropractors, he is the first one that actually helped me. He will not just crack your back and neck and tell you to come back next week but he really will try to help find a solution to what is causing the problem.
Because of that he has taught me much about nutrition, supplements and overall general health.
In another review someone wrote that Dr Fenton comes across rude and seemed to be interrogating. I can see how he may not present himself as the most easy going communicator but he really does care and wants to help and actually has helped me a ton! (Compared to many other "nicer" doctors) And... shouldn't a good doctor interrogate the patient to help get to the root of the problem, rather then just numbing the symptoms?
I recommend you give Dr Fenton a try.

Dr. Fenton has been a blessing to me. I started going to him in 2020 when I was pregnant with my 6th baby. I wish I knew how significant he was when I was pregnant with my other babies. I just never knew about the benefits of chiropractic and muscle testing. He helped keep away pre-eclampsia symptoms and made my pregnancy easy and home birth delivery even smoother. After I delivered, he worked on my baby 2 weeks later but would’ve been sooner if I could’ve gotten there. Three years later, I was pregnant with my 7th baby, and I immediately went to him. He helped my body adjust to every change that happens when you have a baby growing up inside. Once again, he helped keep away pre-eclampsia symptoms which kept me from going to the hospital. My 2nd homebirth went smoothly once again and emotionally (he helped clear out any stress I had) & physically I was prepared. After I delivered my baby and my midwives cleared me in 3 days to leave the house the first place I went to was to Dr. Fenton for me and my baby. I came out feeling like a new person and my baby was even more relaxed than he already was. He helped with his silent reflux and my baby is so calm and happy and hasn’t had any trouble sleeping the whole 10 months he’s been here . We’ll continue to go to him. My husband’s back was extremely tweaked to the point he was crouching low to walk and couldn’t stand up straight, needed crutches, and had to lay down and be driven to the office and Dr. Fenton got him going again within 2 visits he was walking without crouching and able to drive. He’s fixed my whole family, and my kids love him too. I’m grateful to have him postpartum as well or at times I wouldn’t be able to function and with 7 kids I need to always keep up, and he has made it possible.
